Valentine Parent's Night Out		Winter Vacations		Cold Weather
The parent board is planning a Parent Night Out - Friday, February 9th 6:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. Bring your child to Baby Care for an evening and go out with your spouse or significant other and celebrate Valentines Day! Cost is $15.00 per child - please make reservations on the sign-up sheet on the bulletin board no later than Thursday, February 8th!		With the cold weather upon us many families take time to enjoy warmer climates! If you plan to take a vacation from Baby Care please let us know. It effects lunch counts, staff ratios, and teacher activity planning.		The State of MN requires that children go outside on a regular basis, even during the cold weather months. We try to go outside when the temperature is above 20 degrees. It is important that your child have boots, snow pants, coats, hats, mittens and scarves here at all times! If your child does not have the appropriate outer wear, he/she will not be allowed to go outside with the rest of the children. ALSO, please remember to label all clothes! This will help in our effort to return everything to the correct bins and hooks! THANKS!
Goodbye's		Year End Receipts		State Inspection
We say a sad goodbye to Sophia & Maxwell Binning and the Binning Family. Max and Sophia will stay home with Mom while she is on maternity leave. We look forward to news of the new addition to the Binning family and hope to see you back in the spring! We say another sad goodbye to Madison & Joey Brislin and the Brislin family. They recently moved and Mom and Dad have new jobs. They found a new program that is right in the building they work in — making it much more convenient . We wish the Brislin family luck — please stay in touch!		Year End Receipts will go out to parents by the end of January! PLEASE hang on to these receipts. We DO NOT keep an extra copy of your receipt, therefore it will be time consuming to issue another if you lose the original copy. If you need further information for tax purposes, let Barb know. Tax ID #41-187-3990		Baby Care was inspected for re-licensing on January 16th by the MN Department of Human Services with an unannounced inspection. We are proud and happy to report we had a great review! The State Inspector found Baby Care to be in compliance with the requirements of the law. We had a few minor citations that have already been corrected! Thanks for your cooperation and help!
Hazardous Weather Reminder		Birthdays		Tuition Payment Options
With winter just around the corner, a reminder that in the event of bad weather, Baby Care closes with the Bloomington School District #271. Please listen to radio announcements for school closings! In accordance with our agreement with parent we figure three emergency days per year into the contract. If the Bloomington Schools are closed, we will follow those guidelines and close Baby Care as well. We will also leave a message on the Baby Care voicemail.
